Chad W. Lamer works primarily in the areas of land use and zoning, real estate development, and construction law. Mr. Lamer is also among the few attorneys who are LEED Accredited Professionals in the Boise area. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Chad joins a select group of attorneys who can offer clients advice and counsel based on a thorough understanding of the green building practices and principles of the LEED Rating System. Mr. Lamer’s background in urban planning and experience as a former planning commissioner on the Lawrence/Douglas County Kansas Metropolitan Planning Commission provides the insight and experience necessary to bring clients’ development projects from conception to completion.
